Adventure Staff & Guides lead adventure programming that can include rock climbing, rappelling, canoeing, caving, and more. Advanced certification & training required for these positions. We can help find training or train the right candidates. Adventure Staff & Guides will have work throughout the summer months with opportunities for additional trips in the offseason. Age 18+

Counselors
Counselors are the front line of our summer camp program! Connect with the kids, facilitate rewarding, life changing activities, and create a fun, safe experience for your campers. We work with youth age 8-15 throughout the summer, with occasional opportunities for work during the school year. Age 18+
Experience the best summer ever with vivid earth adventures
Summer Camp 2025 runs three weeks, Monday-Friday July 7-July 25. Paid staff training is June 30- July 4. The Assistant Director position will have additional training prior to June 30 based on schedule. Guides and Adventure staff will have activity specific training earlier in the summer based on schedules and bookings. Vivid Earth offers competitive pay and an awesome work environment!
